Meet The Team

Team Simmons was established in 2003 with the professionalism and friendship of Mimi, Holli, and Tammy. Mimi was Owner/Broker of Cornerstone Realty Group and Holli was Sales Manager. Tammy is the Transaction Coordinator. Common goals brought the girls together and their friendship bound them into a great partnership and developed their Team Concept. When the market started to change, it was clear to Mimi that she wanted to spend more time directly with her clients instead of managing agents and sold the Company.

Mimi is now the Team Listing Broker, supported by Tammy. She works directly with Sellers from signing listing papers and reviewing Disclosure Statements to presenting and negotiating all offers, meeting the inspectors and appraisers, and completing transactions by attending the Sellers signing appointment at the Title Company. Her 35 plus years of real estate experience, as well as her enthusiasm establishes her as the best Listing Broker in the County. Her passion sets her apart from other agents in the industry.

Holli is the Team’s Exclusive Buyers’ agent and works with all Buyers. Her 20 plus years of experience as an agent and management background, as well as her attention to detail makes her the ideal Buyers agent. She treats every client with the utmost care, whether they are buying a million-dollar home or a first time Homebuyer. As a 4th generation native she is very knowledgeable of the area and the community. Her community involve and support of Big Brothers/Big Sisters, NEO and Nevada Union Connect keeps her very active in her continued involvement. As a top producing agent, she is actively attending inspections, reviewing every document with buyers, and providing knowledgeable advice for a smooth transaction. Holli is a member of the Ethics Committee for the Board of Realtors and an avid supporter of the community through many outreach programs. She is known for her attention to detail!

Tammy is a licensed Broker and has worked in all aspects of real estate over her 20 plus year history but loves the paper trail and has been Mimi’s Transaction Coordinator for over 20 years. She supports the day-to-day office needs and is responsible for making sure the files are DRE compliant, coordinating and facilitating all aspects of the transactions from beginning to end. Her ability to multi-task and juggle many transactions at once is invaluable. She understands the legal ins and outs of a technical transaction and is affectionately called the paper police. As a broker associate, she can step in and support Mimi and Holli with listings and showings as needed.

Ruth is the newest member of the team, joining in 2020 as Listing Coordinator. Her duties include scheduling photos, entering, and maintaining listing information into our local MLS, and preparing/pushing paperwork along with any other tasks that are related to the listing before it goes into escrow. Ruth also handles marketing and advertising in our local paper and any special advertising for our high-end listings. As real estate has become so very complicated today, a single individual cannot perform all the tasks the consumer requires in today’s real estate market, and by specializing in each area, the team can accomplish the goals of the client 100%.
