From the moment we meet, you'll recognize my passion for real estate and deep commitment to Nevada County. A fifth-generation local, I began my real estate career in 1984 and have loved every moment since. In 1992, I co-founded Cornerstone Realty Group, growing it from six agents to four offices and 65 agents before selling the company in 2006.
I’ve served as President of the Nevada City Chamber of Commerce and Big Brothers/Big Sisters, as well as the Nevada County Board of Realtors. I’ve also been honored with multiple community service awards and remain active with organizations including Hospice of the Foothills, Center for the Arts, Music in the Mountains, Moms in the Mountains, Future Beginnings, and Nevada Union Connect. Every escrow I close benefits local youth-focused nonprofits.
Team Simmons was formed with longtime colleagues Holli Navo and Tammy Andreozzi—both of whom have worked alongside me for over 20 years. Together, we have proudly maintained our position as the top-producing team in Nevada County since 2010 and consistently rank among the top 10 in the nation and top 20 globally within Century 21.
